1. Description of Service

Monetor is a personal finance tool that helps you track expenses, manage budgets, and analyze spending.

2. Subscriptions (Monetor Pro)

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.
• Refunds: All transactions are handled by Apple. Refunds, if applicable, must be requested through Apple.

3. Privacy & Data

Your data privacy is critical to us. We use encrypted storage and third-party services like Supabase and RevenueCat to provide our services. By using Monetor, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. No Financial Advice

Monetor provides tracking and analysis for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Monetor is provided "as is." We are not liable for any financial loss or data loss resulting from the use of the app.
